TC has done the double at Farley Hill!! Singing the same song Hot Sun and Riddim with which she won the 98.1/BanksSweet Soca competition, TC made history by repeating in the Mount Gay/LIME 2009 Party Monarch competition.

TC has done the double at Farley Hill!! Singing the same song "Hot Sun and Riddim" with which she won the 98.1/BanksSweet Soca competition, TC made history by repeating in the Mount Gay/LIME 2009 Party Monarch competition.
During an interview with CBC, overcome by emotion, TC thanked her team, her family and fans
Also repeating her second place result was Nathalee with This is what we do. Obviously at a slight disadvantage with having to perform the same song in both competitions, they persevered and did their management team proud.
Placing third was Red Plastic Bag with Something's Happening and last years champion Khiomal was fourth with Caution.
The top 5 results are:
1st place ($22,000) - TC - Hot Sun and Riddim
2nd place ($13,200) - Nathalee - This is what we do
3rd place ($8,250) - RPB - Something's Happening
4th place ($,5,500) - Khiomal - Caution
5th ($4,000) - Mr. Dale - Come Out
Timmy, Donella, Mikey, Blood and Lil Rick also competed and collected $2,750 each.
